What should you do in the case of a warranty repair?

Please consult the installation instructions and warranty booklet for guidance. If you believe that the warranty conditions are satisfied, kindly complete the fields marked with an asterisk below. We also request that you provide photos of the fully installed fireplace from various angles (close-up and distant), along with pages 31-34 of the warranty certificate. In order to facilitate a comprehensive and efficient assessment, please upload any relevant images and provide a detailed description of the defects.


To initiate a warranty claim, please provide the following information by filling in the fields marked with an asterisk:

Documents to be sent for warranty and out-of-warranty repairs to szerviz@technical.hu


For warranty repairs:
1. Copy of the invoice
2. Completed warranty certificate (pages 31-34)
3. Uploaded photos of the defect (close-up and distant shots)


For out-of-warranty repairs:
1. Uploaded photos of the defect (close-up and distant shots)
